By using our services, you agree to Kodnex Technologies project workflows, delivery standards and service terms.

Scope of Work

Each project scope is defined in a written proposal, timeline and deliverables. Scope changes may affect timeline and cost.

Milestone-based payment terms are listed in the proposal. Payment delays may impact project timelines.

Clients are expected to provide timely content, credentials, approvals and feedback to keep delivery on schedule.

After final payment, ownership of approved deliverables may transfer to the client, excluding third-party licensed assets and tools.

Limited post-launch bug-fix support is provided as per agreement. Ongoing maintenance is offered under separate plans.
